Junquera y Diz S.L. was formed in August 1992 in order to commercialise orthopaedic products.  Since then the company have specialised in the development of foot and ankle devices.  By 1994, they were distributing their products to Spain and Portugal, with further distribution of foot-related orthopaedic products for German companies: Ortho Dynamic GmbH, nGlobus, K. Kremendahl GmbH, and Berkermann GmbH. 

In 1997 Junquera y Diz S.L. developed its own line of foot and ankle orthopaedic products – the “Lucván orthopedic products".  This comprised both the raw and stamped materials to manufacture orthopaedic orthoses.  These now comprises the company’s principal products.  In 2000 they started to develop a workshop and consumer outlet to manufacture and supply orthopaedic goods, specialising in custom-made orthoses. 

Collaboration with RSscan INTERNATIONAL was established in 2003 to both develop and distribute their foot pressure measurement systems.  In 2007, they commenced work with the German company, JUZO as distributor of their range of orthopaedic goods including ankle and foot orthoses and supports.
