Management Structure

The Project Coordinator will act as a direct point of contact with the European Commission. 

The Project Steering Committee represents the highest decision making point in the Consortium and will oversee the high level running of all aspects of the project (technical, financial, reporting and dissemination). 

The Assembly Board comprises the Technical Manager, Dissemination and Demonstration Manager, all work package representatives and representatives from all beneficiaries.  This assembly will deal with the detail of the technical delivery, working in close collaboration with the End-User Advisory Committee, and will report to the Project Steering Committee (and Coordinator).  The Dissemination and Demonstration Manager will lead the exploitation of the results and take responsibility for protecting intellectual property rights, controlling dissemination to ensure intellectual property is protected in advance, and preparing and updating the Dissemination Plan. 

The End-User Advisory Committee will act to advise the Assembly Board.  The group will comprise patients, clinicians, technicians and industry and health policy representatives from across Europe.  They are appointed to facilitate an interactive co-creation process for orthotic design, manufacture and service delivery.

A Support Team, based at Glasgow Caledonian University will provide administrative support to all three groups.
